2017 CadenzaJust three years after its debut, the Kia Cadenza has undergone a redesign, smoothing out the ride and upgrading the interior materials. Now there is even more to love.

Luxury sedans have been overshadowed by crossover SUVs in today’s market. But for those of us who don’t need to carry a lot of stuff or kids a sedan is a far better choice. The Cadenza is chock-full of equipment, and has a luxurious interior with plenty of room for five adults. It’s also reasonably priced.

The 2017 Kia Cadenza is a full-sized sedan that comes in three trims; Premium, Technology and Limited. This review will focus on the Limited trim model.

Expect to get 20/city, 28/highway, and 23/combined mpg.

Drivers and passengers alike will find the interior of the Cadenza spacious. With the Cadenza comfort is job-one and it shows with the plentiful legroom front and back. Both front and back seats are heated while the front seats offer cooling as well.

Technology features are well-placed on the center console and are easily reachable by either the driver or the passenger.

Cargo space is good at 16 cubic feet. There is a pass-through for longer cargo but the back seats do not fold down.

You won’t find driving the Cadenza exciting but you will find it comfortable and quiet. There is minimal road noise in the cabin and the seats are lovely and cushy.
